Optimal Evolutionary Tree Progression

Following a weaving path through the evolution tree allows for maximal development of stats.
Moving to the next tier caps stats at that tier based on previous tier. Lateral progression allows for stats to be built to maximum levels for that tier.  Therefore, progressing in a zig-zag pattern produces maximum stat development.
